Family discounts, on tuition fees only, are provided to assist families with more than one child. The discounts are as follows.

Parents/Carers who make themselves available to volunteer in the Canteen, either twice or four times per term, are eligible for a discount outlined below. The one-off discount will be processed to your account at the end of the school year.

Unless a prior arrangement had been made with the Director of Finance & Enterprise, all accounts are expected to be finalised promptly.
Accounts not paid by the due date may incur an additional administration fee and/or may be referred to an external credit management company for collection.

The Activity Fee of $300 is charged and payable at the start of Term 1. This fee covers costs provided by the College including printing, software licences, internet, swimming/athletics carnivals and offsite all of year activities.
Elective fees are charged for elective subjects for Years 9 – 12. These charges cover the cost of materials and resources required for the subject. Details of these charges can be found in the Finalised Subject Selection Handbook 2024-2025.
All Year 9 and 12 students will participate in a compulsory retreat during the year. Retreats promote the development of the students personal, spiritual and life skills.
The approximate cost of the retreats will be $325 per student. Costs will be confirmed once the retreat provider costs are advised.
Payments are non-refundable once attendance has been confirmed and payments made.
Additional excursions/incursions that incur costs will be individually costed and charged throughout the year.
The College accepts payments via cash, cheque, direct deposit, credit card and BPay either over phone, online or in person at the College Reception.
Parents are expected to give a full Term's notice, in writing, if they are intending to withdraw students from the College. Failure to do so may render them liable for a full term's fees.

In times of economic stress and uncertainty, such a bursary can help reduce the pressure on families and assure continuity of educational opportunity for students. Bursaries are offered on the basis of demonstrated family financial need and are reviewed annually.

The Trinity Indigenous Bursary is available to local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students entering Year 7. Through this Bursary the College seeks to support Indigenous students who demonstrate a commitment to their learning, respect for the values and ideals of Trinity Catholic College and a desire to achieve their goals beyond schooling. Indigenous and general bursaries are reviewed annually.
